RC 56 (Canopy Glue)

Does anyone know if RC 56 is fuel-proof? I am considering experimenting and
using a very small bead in a very small gap between the horizontal stab and
fin. Since it is very easy to clean up with water I thought it might be much
easier to apply than epoxy or baking soda and CA.

I use RC56 canopy glue more now on almost everything including attaching the
tail section to a fiberglass fuselage and securing velcro to balsa etc etc.

Ask your hobby dealer for glue to attach a plastic windshield.All brands I
have used show the numerals 56 on the label. CS

Then I guess you'll have to keep looking. The only complaint I have is that it
is a little thinner than RC 56. Once it is dry, it seems to be ok.

I am about to re-glue the canopy on my SIG Kobra for the THIRD TIME! THAT
STUFF JUST DOES NOT STICK TO MONEYKOTE LIKE RC-56 DOES (DID)!

Try Zap a dap a goo, if you cant get that try Shoo goo. Trainer footwear
repair stuff, Sticks canopy's to film like.................
