Can someone point me in the right direction to find information on controling blocks and turnouts with pc's. I do not want to use the command control. I want to use the parallel port signals to do this. I strictly want on/off signals

No receivers to install in your locomotives. Complete block controll,
turnouts, lighting and animation controll etc.
