Based on his memory this was:

Any guesses as to what this might have been worth? Just looking for ballpark
figures here to provide the insurance company.

It's almost impossible to estimate the value with the info you gave. You'll
just have to "guestimate."
It could be as little as $50.00, or as much $1000.00 or more ?? depending
on a lot of things.

Probably worth a more in sentimental value. You'd need the exact model numbers
to determine the market value. Insurance probably won't provide for more than
a couple hundred dollars unless you have statement of appraised value.
