John Allen's Time Saver layout

Today someone asked me for plans for HO and N scale versions of John Allen's
Time Saver puzzle. The two links I had are now dead. Worse, they were the
same two links that are commonly found in a search of past posts on RMR.

Does anyone have a current link?
