Select voiceover language for playlist

Hello group,
I have iPod Shuffle 4th gen. Is it possible to manually select
voiceover language for a playlist? I can do that for songs, but
even if I set voiceover language for all songs in a playlist in the
iTunes, the playlist title itself is still spoken in English. Can
I force other language?
