New 2020 13" MacBook Pro's Big Sur says "Loading..." in both of its Music and Finder's location.

Also, nothing shown in iPad nano's disk mode. iPad nano shows "Connected -- Eject before disconnecting." I'm using its old USB connector and USB-C to USB cable dongle adapter. I was using them in my decade old, updated 64-bit W7 HPE SP1 PC. Is Big Sur not supporting my old iPod Nano?
