Who cares. This Van Damme idiot is the most pathetic martial-artist I
know. But he is rich! I guess he has some brains...he knows people
will pay six bucks a flick eventhough he has no technique.

physique to be real dangerous. You know what they say, the shorter the stature, the lower
the center of gravity (gives him an advantage in uprooting your foundation).
His stature, though, doesn't seem to bother the beautiful women he's

all pretty much the same height. Your being taller somehow makes you feel

I read somewhere that he's 1.72 meters, that's about 5'9".
I believe it was Schwarzenegger who's 6'2".

Yes!!! Thank you! I agree. Van Damme clearly used his minimal knowledge
of MA to worm into the movies. His real background is in balet which is
where all that pretty flexibility comes from. Anyway, why on earth would
you care how tall he is??!!

Unfortunately, I think the latter rumor is true. I heard he's about 5' 8",
which
makes him a little shorter than me.
I think we short guys should take this as an inspiration, considering how much
he's idolized (I don't give a fuck what some losers on this newgroup think!).
