If someone could send me any information on Martial Arts Equipment
Catalogs that they are aware of, I would appreciate it.

Go to your local major book store and pick up a copy of "The Martial Arts
Handbook" by John Corcoran. It has listings of almost every martial arts
supply in the world (except Macho who don't distribute to anyone that is
not a dealer) as well as a huge wealth of other MA factoids.

You can get a free catalog from AWMA (asian world of martial arts in
philly) by calling 1-800-345-AWMA. They'll send you a 72-page equipment
supplement. They 200+ page catalog has everything that the 72-pager
does, plus a whole bunch of books and videos.
