I don't have one, but I googled it.
Looks very nice, but WAY outta my price range.

As Lachlan wrote, nice knives, but at least right now, a bit too pricey
for my wallet.

Yes it is pricey, I got it from eBay. The B15-FTD is one of the least
expensive WH knives in the market. Not quiet brand new but is in mint
condition for about 60% of regular price so I jumped on it.

The knife does live up to its reputation: sharp, clean. light, a beautiful
piece of art work. I think most of the people who owns one probably never
use it to cut anything since its so...sodelicate and artfully created. Or
even carry it in their pockets. As if "you don't want to use it to cut
anything or it will ruin its perfection" kind of feeling. Well, I've been
proudly carrying it and used it on occassion where I want to show it off. I
totally enjoy it.

So you paid roughly $350? Still a bit rich for me. As for not using it,
I understand what you mean, but thing of it as a fine horse; you don't
want to ride him for fear of an injury, but that's what he's bred for
and he's dying to run. (ok, 'dying' in light of what happened recently
at the Kentucky Derby may not be the best word to use but hopefully you
get my point)

Lee,

Wonderful knife. I almost got a WH Lancet, but opted for a Chris
Reeves Mnandi instead. Fine gentleman's knives that don't frighten
sheeple, but it is a knife, ya got to use it. And sharpen it. And when
it hits a staple, cutting up a box, remember, it is a tool. Adds
character.

My experience with this type of knife is the edge is thinner, and the
steel is harder, than a lot of knives. The cutting ability and edge
retention is very good, but you have to exercise some judgment when
using it. It isn't a rough "throw away" knife. I wouldn't pry with
it...

Interesting. The Chris Reeve Mnandi is a very nice knife. Did you get the
one with a damascus blade? Are you keeping it in its box or carry it around
and using it?

S30V. I don't even know where the box is. I use it like any other.

I like the Nkonka. Can't afford one, but it's my birthday soon (well, 2 and
a bit months) if anyone here feels like buying me one ;o)
