After 3 years of research & development, I am proud to introduce the
Snowfer UniBoard.
It's specially designed for kiteboarding on snow and ice. Built on the
Snowfer patented
concept. This board is very fast, has one sharp edge and easy to
maneuver on all surface
condition. It has a step in binding and you can use your regular
winter boots. Lightweight,
easy to jibe & jump.
Please check the
website at www.snowfer.com. See pictures & videos. Let me know if you
have any questions or comments.
I would be happy to reply. Free demo & try available in Toronto area
only.

Looks cool/cold. Just don't try to tell us the Snowfer (sailboard) is a
stringless kite. People here get really upset with the concept. :)

Hello Dave,

My apologies for not pointing you to the right page on my Snowfer
website. Just to
avoid any confusion. I have two product that I promote. A Snowfer
sailboard for windsurfing on snow & ice and a Snowfer UniBoard for
Kiteboarding on snow & ice. If you click on this
page at www.snowfer.com/picuniboard.html to see pictures - in this
page there is a video gallery link as well which you could check out.
You could also check out the news release published
in New England Windsurfing Journal at www.snowfer.com/newsrelease.html
-
December 2003 issue. If you have any questions about the Snowfer
UniBoard you
can e-mail me direct at cha...@snowfer.com

Hi Charles - thats some wild footage.
What were the wind conditions and the kite you were using? I'm in Whitby, I
wouldn't mind trying out one of your boards next time you are out. Where do
you usually kite?

You should post your stuff if you haven't already done so on
www.kiteforum.com - they have a snowkiting forum that that would suit your
gear.

Cheers.

Hello Baretta,

I used a JOJO 3.8 m kite on this footage. The wind condition was about 12 knots.
Your more than welcome to try my UniBoard. This weekend were going to be
up in the south end of Lake Simcoe, Keswick. See map for Walters Drive.
Just click to www.snowfer.com/indexb.html and click on ice sailing report.
This will direct you to the location & map on how to get there. If you have a
problem just call me at 416.226.1764 or my cell at 416.899.1764.
Thank you for posting advice. I will follow-up on it.
