I put a new Alpha+ away a few years back. I went to assemble it last
week and every flexible connector fell apart.

I sent an email to the company -- which prides itself on service --
and never even got an acknowledgment.

Anyone know if something is going on with the company or has seen this
problem before?

A bit late but -
Its not that unusual - I've had the connectors fall apart on a variety
of kites left in storage, Flying Wings included.

FWIW the connectors are not expensive or too difficult to replace.

We gave away a Flying Wings Silver Fox UL on
http://www.extremekites.com.au last month. Get in contact with
BrisKites http://www.briskites.com.au if you want flying wings
replacements, that's where we sourced the Silver Fox from.
