Hi

Has anyone had any problems with kiteshop.co.uk ?
They have email, online ordering, an answerphone and
a Fax but nothing comes back and no human interface
is attempted despite numerous attempts. I am seriously
concerned about possibilities of Fraud so I suggest
careful treading....

I have used them. ONCE (last Septish). The goods did arrive, but it took an
awfully long time (even though they claimed to have the kite in stock at
time of order) and quite a few phone calls. Incompetant perhaps, fraudulent
no.

I can assure you they are legit... I work for the ISP that hosts their
web site, and my wife works for their web designers (who share offices
with The Kite Shop).

I know they are *particularly* busy at the moment with another venture
they run (www.beaniestore.com, selling Beanie Babies), so that'll
probably explain the problems you're having.

OK, it seems my post got noticed and now it's all sorted out :-),
nothing to worry about, they are just ever so busy and among the
confusion my enquiries were 'lost'. I should receive my kite real
soon, so happy days are soon here...
