I've recently learned Mill's mess and am finding that as I practice my right elbow is
becoming quite sore. This has not been a problem with the other 1/2 dozen patterns
I've learned. Am I doing the mess wrong?

This has happened to me on various occasions, while juggling seven balls, and
five clubs a few times i think. After my elbow/arm starts hurting, it is
literally a pain to juggle, right around my elbow area. It seems to be that
only juggling makes the pain worse, and i can hardly juggle 5 balls due to
the pain from throwing the balls. It also hurts, if i can remember, when i
bent my elbow back and forth. What you described seems almost exactly like
what i get sometimes. I can't say if you're doing mills mess wrong, but it
seems logical that the crossing of the arms could put extra strain on the
elbow (as did 7 balls when i was just beginning it). All i can say is, you're
not alone.

Yep, You can sure get Repetative Strain Injury from Juggling. (RSI)
Try resting. Change posture. Take up something else :-)

Try RSI, Tennis Elbow, Carpels Tunnel Syndrome on the web

Best regards
