I have seen Gatto do a 3 up out of 5 club pirouette out of backcrosses
in his show, simply because we were in the audience. He asked us if
we saw the trick that he threw in for us. Indeed we did!
I also watched Jason Garfield do a 6 ball ass catch live. That was
pretty freaking cool.
> > 3. What style of juggling do you prefer watching? (Technical juggling,

Technical and comedy done well, comedy done well is rare. Rhys Thomas,
Scotty Meltzer, Butterfly Man, Passing Zone, David Deeble they are the
kings of comedy.

2. What is the greatest juggling trick you have ever seen (live or on
> video) and who did it? Gatto juggling 7 rings with a ball bounce then did a
5 up pirouette under the rings and the bouncing ball... then back into the
pattern. Nothing in the world is harder than that. If you disagree... you
are wrong... it's not a matter of opinion... in my opinion...
> 3. What style of juggling do you prefer watching? (Technical juggling,

good. If you are suck ass at juggling but you are funny as hell and
original... I like you. At the same time if you don't say a word, but have a
clean juggling show... you're ok in my book as well. I also like everything
benji does.

Such an arbitary number, If it wasn't for the hideous size of UK school
class sizes I wouldnt have been able to say yes to the non jugglers Q.
Unfortunately the max number of jugglers I performed for was 39...
I know of jugglers who have never performed, some are shy, others have
never had the chance. One told me he had no interest in juggling for
non-jugglers as they wouldn't apreciate it at the same level. Having
said that I know plenty of jugglers who juggle purely because they like
juggling/hanging around with other jugglers.
I have only jugged in front on stage a few times (not that I am a great
juggler) and I would suggest everyone should give it a go. I was talking
with somebody who said they would like to try getting up on stage at a
convention but really didn't want to deal with the renegade. Maybe an
earlier open stage tied in with a stagecraft workshop at a convention
would be a nice idea.

In reply to this message I am not a juggler and may not find it as
interesting as jugglers but when I notice someone juggling I enjoy
watching it and find it very interesting as the juggle. I find myself
standing there and watching for several minutes at a time. It also
intrigues me that they can stand and move in the same motion for as
long as they do. They must have high muscular endurance in their arms
to juggle for that long. So as a non juggler I do find it interesting
to watch jugglers juggle.

You actually don't use your wrists for a lot of juggling, mostly arms so
if you pace yourself right you can last as long as you want juggling, and
since I'm poor and have nothing else to do I usually practice 50 hour
weeks.
