I recently ordered LED, color-changing balls from Dube.com ---the
link---->
http://www.dube.com/balls/lighted-juggling-balls.php. Along with the order
I
bought a replacement light kit (strobe). I cannot seem to figure out how
to
properly unscrew the inside light kit of one of the balls I have... Is
there a
certain way to do it? Perhaps a certain tool that works best? The package
came
with this wooden stick with a long groove down the middle (yet no
instructions...), and I thought that maybe it would catch on something
inside the
kit that was already inside the ball, but it didn't. Maybe some
experienced
jugglers could help me out here?

if they are the balls I think then your strobe kit comes in its own holder
(which is basically the insert from a ball)

unscrew the switch thing, remove the batteries (tap in palm), hook the
light unit out with pinky (possibly what wooden stick is for or tap in
palm if stubborn). Do same with strobe. swap parts over.

Well, I did what you said and tried the pinky twist/hook thing, but it
didn't
work. It is simply stuck in there too tight to fall out or be
suction-cupped
out via my pinky...

The wooden stick is for turning the battery lid to turn the balls off and
on.
Not sure how to remove the light kit.

Is it just one ball that you can't do this with? If so that might be a
fault,
but if it is the same make of ball as I'm used to, whilst sometimes
fiddly,
I've cant remember failing to swap kits over.
