The festival field was far enough from roads and flightpaths that we were
never disturbed by passing cars nor airplanes. At night the stars shone
bright as there were no other buildings in sight, nor any streetlights. The
weather was mostly dry and often sunny and warm, except at night.
The Big Top was connected to the Cafe tent, so diners could relax and
watch the action. A 'Gyroscope' was there too, in case you needed to
train to be an astronaut! The food was veggie, and superb.
On Friday night we had a show where you weren't allowed to use a prop you
were any good at. Despite this, Gregor had us all in stitches with his
very artistic Diabolo routine. Full of poise and style, just without any
tricks!
Anyone who goes to the 9-day Bristol festival would certainly enjoy this
one if they went next year. See you there!

Yep, it was a great festival and about as similar to Bristol as you could get -
same food, same atmosphere even the same big top. The plumbing wasn't quite as
good as Bristol though :-)
If its on next year I'll be back.

I shall definitely try. But it probably won't be for the full convention,
don't think I should really take the time off during my final year ( :-( ).
But it might be possible for the weekend so ... cross fingers. Might even
be able to drag some people from the Aston Juggling Society along as well.
Cheers for the info.
Happy Juggling
