WJF 2004 Sergei Ignatov Jr Gold medal routine

Ignatov's legendary 7 ring routine (even by today's standards if you can
do it with 5 its pretty damn cool)

That ought to keep you busy for a lifetime or two.

Alexander Kulakov= Man Crush.

All jokes aside, I think that Adrian could attain that level with a good
8-10 years of training.

For the rest of us it will be a lifetime+.

Spin a ring on its edge on your finger, like a basketball.

Awwww man! That was going to be my signature move, now everyone knows
it.

Way to ruin my career, Jeff!

It's okay Tio. You get dibs on throwing *two* very high.

That's a bad idea...you'd burn your hands. And you need your hands for
juggling, amongst other things.

Try a five ring 4 up multiplex! If I can get it, you definitely can.

Just get some nomex gloves. Or, if you think gloves are cheating - only
light 2/3 of the ring, and make sure you catch it by the 1/3 that's not
burning.

Seriously, the man is amazing. I can't do rings to save my life. Right
now I'm supergluing my fingernails back on.

I hope Adrian keeps going to that level. Then we can all say, I talked to
that guy when he was a mini person online.
