This issue affects people outside of California as well as hunters in the state,
so study up and take action.

The basic issue is this:

1) Anti-hunting and anti-gun groups thought-up a way to ban lead ammo and are test driving the scheme in California.
2) Their claim is that an endangered species (California condors) ingest lead bullet fragments from game carcasses.
3) They passed a lead ammo ban for just the condor habitat zones in 2007.
4) Since then, lead blood levels in condors have increased despite the state government concluding a 99% compliance rate by hunters.
5) In trying to take the ban state-wide, falsified scientific testimony was presented/discovered and most of the general science debunked in front of the Fish and Game commission.
6) Sensing pending failure in the Commission, the anti-hunting groups went straight to the politicians to halt the commission’s scientific investigation.
7) If the bill (AB 711) is passed here, it will come to your state.

Here is a brief and comically cutting video on the topic. After viewing, drop by HuntForTruth.org for updates and alerts.
