Here is your chance to sound off on the outfitters and guides
contervercity. On this thursday in Springfield Il. at 10a.m. in the
Northfield Center . The center is located on the northeast side of
Springfield across from the Ramada Limited North. You can even
address this issue by sending your comments to Brenda Potts at IDNR,
524 S. Second St. Springfield, Ill. 62701.
We need all the support to quell this thing for our future in
hunting here in Illinois. We just can't sit by and watch our game
sold to guides and outfitters that just cater to the rich and not so
famous. We need to have our next generation of hunters be able to have
a place to hunt, not just the public hunting areas that will be hunted
out real fast if this law does'nt have any regs, and rules set forth by
someone other than the outfitters that want to have total control of
the tags that are given out. STAND UP FOR OUR HUNTING RIGHTS not for
big outfitters and guides. Thank you for letting me sound off.

Way to go Herb!!! The outfitters, contrary to popular opinion, are NOT our
friends. They'd just as soon stop public hunting to boost their clientele
and their incomes....it's all business to them. I hope this stuff is
somehow squelched all over the country. They're taking it away from us!

Good luck in Illinois!

Let us prey.....
