Hey, it doesn't matter what their politics is, I try my best to

Just so you know, I was trying to make a point. The person I was
responding to seems to be caught up in the "if XXX (a respected member of
society) supports it, why shouldn't we?" thing. Personally, I don't have
anything against most doctors.

When I was a kid, there was a doctor in town that, during the fall, could
just as often be found in hunting camp as his office. ;)

Yeah, I've found that to be the case with most groups. Even lawyers (of
which I am one...)

Kinda like the ABA's anti-2A stance...
It might surprise you, but there a LOT of pro-2A lawyers out there, but
most of them won't state so...for political reasons.
