They're playing gun owners for fools. I don't hunt because I'm not
fond of the taste of wild game, but I'm sure glad that other folks
do. Otherwise we'd be so overrun with deer that you couldn't drive
ten miles without hitting one. Sure, there are kooky fringe folks on
all sides, but the overwhelming majority of folks who don't own guns,
nor hunt, nor even know much about firearms believe in your right to
have guns.

As for op, there are a lot of people that don't shoot or hunt but do not object to these activities and also know we are not a bunch of yahoos.
Just got my car back yesterday after 10 days in the shop from hitting a deer.
Took so long because they under had estimated the damage until they took the bumper off and saw more parts were needed. Insurance paid out over $2,000.
I got revenge on that deer by putting a couple more of his buddies in the freezer ;)

I guess the OP doesn't think the White House is main stream. I don't
think it is myself, it is a fringe radical group that somehow suckered
the majority of the people to vote for him.
