Try the below link. It gives a recipe for making a "soap" to help take the
edge off. I used it in the past and it does take the initial edge off the
smell, but it takes a long time for all the smell to work it's way off.

1 qt - peroxide
1/4 cup - baking soda
1 teaspoon - liquid dish soap
mix and use immediately, DO NOT store - discard remaining liquid.
When it appeared, it got good reviews from those who tried it.

Never had much luck with the tomato juice, but did have real good luck with
this
1 quart of 3% hydrogen peroxide
1/4 cup baking soda
1 teaspoon liquid soap
This breaks up the oils in the skunk spray and allows the other ingredients
in the solution to do their stuff. The solution should be rinsed off the
dog with water.
