YOU ARE REFERRING TO Beagals that are no more than 12-13 inches tall at
the shoulders. Actually, any good interested Beagal worth its salt,
even if 15-16 inches at the shoulders, isn't going to let 2 inches of
extra height from stopping him from plunging into thorn and thickets
after Brair Rabbit. (And the 'Brush' won't know the difference either)
