I know Rhode Island is the smallest state, but I didn't think they
gave out 4 letter/digit license plates.
I have a friend that used to have a non-personalized plate with
1CMG055 on it.
Somebody came up to him laughing in a parking lot and said that was a
great personalized plate and asked if my friend was a cop.
My friend said "no, and this isn't a personalized plate"
The guy said "But it says `I See 'em go 55', and only a cop would have
a plate like that.
