PeeWee Herman Joke ???

Today on the radio in Toronto, CHUM-FM DJ Roger Ashby referred
to a joke about PeeWee Herman that had the punch line:
"The guy in front of Pee Wee Herman at the movies"
The DJ could only remember the punch line and not the joke,
so this listener calls in and tells him the joke off the air,
and he comes back on air and says he can't repeat the joke but
says it was really funny etc etc....
Anyone know what the joke was?

ah yes that reminds me of an old favorite:
