- Runways are numbered by the closest 10-degrees compass direction.
There are 360 degrees in a circle, so no runway could have number 42.
- Karachi has two parallel runways: 25R/07L and 25L/07R.
- Islamabad has one runway: 12/30.
- Karachi and Islamabad are 1000 kilometres apart.

I think an RAF pilot would know all that.
