Not all blazons are complete. If anyone had access to relevant Burke's
or Debrett's please do let me know. (Mine are in assorted boxes in the
garage at the moment.)

Stephen,
Did you notice that of Errigal Co Donegal comes after a comma, as in
Viscount Alexander of Tunis, of Errigal Co Donegal? A friend of mine
drew my attention to it. He was a ist and 2nd WW officer who had
letters to him by the above, also from Winston Churchill and an IRA
pass to let him through any road blocks during the War of
Independence! He had in uniform kept a party of Auxies chatting,
while a load of guns were quietly removed under the noses of the
Auxies. While in Berlin he helped escaping GAermans leave the Soviet
zone using a very official looking 'pass', which he showed to the
Soviet soldier who could not translate it, then handed to a Red
officer who did not wish to appear ignorant waved them through. The
pass was the Major's Irish driving licence in gaelic!
Yrs aye,
Charles
