Programming FTC-2640 using the diode matrix

I just picked up what looks to be a new Yaesu FTC-2640. Only one of the 8
channels are programmed but that is not enough information to program the
rest of the channels. The spec say the radio is good from 140-170 MHz and
will do repeater splits.

Does anyone have the English version of the programming software (figures
diode setting by freg.) or can someone scan and e-mail that part of the
manual.
