MEETINGS Monthly GBARC meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each
month, at 7:00 P.M., except in July and August. We meet Rockford Restaurant
located 5km south of Owen Sound on Highway 10 (at Grey County road 18).
Breakfast get-togethers take place every Saturday, at 8:30 am, at the
Rockford Restaurant. This is an informal social gathering of local amateurs
and visitors to the area. Anyone can attend and all are welcome. Talk-in on
146.94- Mhz. Join us for "on the air" nets. Check into the GBARC net at 9:30
am (14:30z) Sunday mornings 3.783 Mhz and again on VE3OSR at 9:30 pm
(02:30z) (Thursday evenings 146.94- Mhz.)
Community Services GBARC provides communications for community
events, such as the Terry Fox Run, the Boy Scouts' Jamboree-On-The-Air, and
the Owen Sound Santa Claus Parade. Write or email for more information. Many
GBARC members are volunteers in the CANWARN

spotting network.
Repeater GBARC operates repeater VE3OSR in Owen Sound, on 146.940
MHz (-600 kHz offset). This is an "open" repeater with phone patch, free for
anyone to use. VE3OSR is funded by GBARC membership
