HamBlog http://www.hamblog.com is a weblog host exclusively for amateur
radio operators. The hosting service is free of charge.

Many hams have questions about blogging. If you are wondering what the
bloggosphere is all about, there is a definition of blogging on our main
page, along with a link to a very good blogging FAQ list. (Frequently Asked
Questions) The information there will give you a solid footing as you step
into the blogging world.

Why a "HamBlog"?

Hams have a lot of information to pass on to each other that traditional
information systems such as magazine articles or speaking engagements at
fests have proven to be unsuitable for. Weblogs are highly flexible and
highly individualistic. It is our hope that the public weblogs at HamBlog
will provide a wellspring of knowledge about Amateur Radio that would be
impossible to access or distribute by traditional methods. Perhaps in some
way HamBlog will expand the capabilities of our present "Elmering" setup,
which many feel has suffered and diminished in recent decades.

As is the case outside of the Amateur Radio community, word gets around
about outstandingly informative and useful weblogs. There is a global
syndication system for weblogs that HamBlog,Com participates in, just as
other blog hosts do. What is different about HamBlog is also the thing that
makes it special.... It's all Hams!

If you are an Amateur Radio operator who would like to post a weblog of your
activity for the benefit of your fellow Hams, where would you go?

HamBlog.Com, of course!
