The burning rate of N135 is between IMR-4895 and IMR-4064. It is especially
tailored for .308W with bullet weight under 10 grams (155 grains).
Example from VihtaVuori manual (you should buy):
.308W, Sierra 150 gr SPBT - 40.4 grain N135 V0=2558 fps
- max. 44.3 grain N135 V0=2776 fps.(50800 psi)
.308W, Lapua 185 grain FMJBT - 36.3 grain N135 V0=2189 fps
- max. 39.9 grain N135 V0=2425 fps. (50800 psi)
.22-250R, Speer 55 gr Spitzer - 31.0 grain N135 V0=3145 fps
- max 34.4 grain N135 V0=3460 fps (49300 psi)
.223R, Hornady 55 grain FMJBT - 24.3 grain N135 V0=2983 fps
- max 26.8 grain N135 V0=3267 fps (52200 psi)
VihtaVuori burns clean.

I have VV's manual (available from Fred Sinclair for around $15) and
could look it up for you. For comparison, N133 (one-three-three) is the
fastest powder for 243 (and they only list it for the 70gr bullet) but
is fine for the 22 centrefires. N140 is ideal for the 243 with all
bullet wights, and the 308Win. For the heavier bullets in 243 and 308,
N150 or N160 are recommended.
N140 seems to be the most versatile powder of all for the 6mm-7.62
bracket, which explains why none of the dealers have any.
