Need one specific part for the above shotgun.. It would probably be
called a "cocking lever lifter."
The problem is, this is a shotgun that was manufactured in Japan and
imported in late 70's and early 80's.
The model number for the "Shadow Indy" was model 707.

This is the same factory that made the Winchester 101, and a few other
notable shotguns.

They had a plant/office:

USA NIKKO, Inc., Los Angeles, CA, in December of 1981.
I don't know where they are now. Probably not in existence.

I believe it was imported by Tradewinds, Inc. out of Tacoma, WA.
Can't find them either...

If anyone has a clue, I'd appreciate whatever you could dig up.

If I can't find anything, I'll have to pare one out of tool steel!
I _really_ don't look forward to that job!

I wasn't getting any nibbles the old way, with the word "Parts" in
front. Maybe this way, the name NIKKO will attract someone's attention!

B.C.Miroku made the gun, My field gun is a Miroku and the parts are
interchangable with my Citori (Browning) skeet gun. I looked under distirbutors
at Miroku's website and they have a link to Browning. I know that Browning has
a breakdown of the Citori O/U on their website, you may want to look at it and
see if the parts are alike. Miroku made Win. 101's, Browning Citoris and
Charles Daily, they are very popular in England under their own name.
