Looking for foreign military collector

Howdy all,
I am looking to get in touch with a collector of foreign military
weapons. I have a sight to a Soviet/Russian, made what I think to be,
an anti armor recoiless rifle and would like to see if anyone can ID
it for me if I send the pics.
