before the mag laws changed, i had tried ramlines mags(30 rd) in my
mini 14 and found them to work well.i ordered about 40 or 50 of them
at $9 a peice. after the ban, id see them in the shows and SGN for 25
to 40 each and now dont see them at all. did i just get lucky that
they work in my mini? have tried about 20 of them and they all fed
fine.now another point, they do not fit in my OLY ARMS AR15 as they
claim they will fit them. but no big deal, can get mags for it
anyplace.TIA for any input. was just curious as to what happened. with
all the mini threads, i havent noticed them mentioned. any particular
reason?

They were bought out by Blount's Outers Gun Care Division around 1995-
97. Their website is http://www.outers-guncare.com. HTH.

IIRC, Ram-Line was another company put out of business by the 1994 magazine
ban.

I have some Ramline mags that work well in both guns. I have one that
has problems.

They have a bad reputation. Don't really know if they deserve it.

I don't even know who owns them anymore. It used to be Blount.
