7.62x39 Loads using H4895 ??

Does anyone have any load data for 762x39 using 125 grain bullets (jacketed)
and H4895 powder ??

All the load I have seen use faster powder. With 4895 the load would be
wimpy with at flash.

A more appropriate powder, 2200, is very cheap right now.

It is cheaper than the cheapest old pull down surplus IMR4895 you can
buy.

Hodgdon #27 lists (using speer 125gr SP, cci200, midway brass and
2.150 oal) : 28gr at 2171fps, and a max load of 29 gr at 2249fps.

Though from our experience, the cartridge does better with faster
powders.

What I have shows:
7.62x39, 125 grain jacketed bullet, H4895 Powder, 29.0 grains, 2249 fps,
2.170 Min. OAL., 33600 CUP.
Note that most/many loads go up to 47000-49500 CUP. In this case with
H4895
the limiting factor is the volume of the charge (2.11 cc.)
