I've acquired two Parker-Hale 1200TX target rifles. They're based on
the Mauser 98 action. Presently, they target style iron sights fitted,
but the receivers are drilled & tapped for scope mounts. And here's one
(the top one) to which someone has fitted a scope.

Any suggestions where I can get a suitable mount and rings? I'd like
to fit a scope to one rifle and keep the other with iron sights. Also,
I'd like to get hold of a stock, such as this one:

Keep in mind here that I haven't looked up your particular rifle on
these sites, but I have a hunch that any one of these will have what you
want:

http://www.conetrol.com
http://www.weaver-mounts.com
http://www.b-square.com
http://www.millettsights.com
http://www.warnescopemounts.com
http://www.talleyscoperings.com
http://www.leupold.com
http://www.burrisoptics.com

I have been told that the Conetrol rings are particularly elegant,
albeit a bit expensive, depending on what grade rings and mounts you select.
Good luck, and by all means, let us know how you do with your search.
Oh, as for the stock, why not try http://www.mcmfamily.com?
