What is the difference between these two Savage models? Are both pillar
bedded? Is it barrel length or triggers?

slightly nicer "look" to the 112 series (IMHO)

112 series are 26" barrel 110 series are 24"
112 series offer "fluted" barrel

that's the only differences I see.....

oh yes - (some of) the 112 series come with ear-muffs
and a trigger lock

#Get a copy of the savage brochure, or check their web site. Not all of the
#110s are pillar bedded - Just the "target/tactical" models. I know that the
#112BVSS and FVSS are pillar bedded, as is the 110FP. The barrel length is
#2" more on the varmint guns. The trigger is the same, but can be replaced
#with a Canjar set trigger.

The short action 10FPs are pillar bedded too.
