Tomatoes Turning Yellow

I transplanted four tomato plants (all different varieties) into my
garden in mid-May. Until the last week or so, they've been doing
fine. But now, one of the plants that has tiny tomatos on it has
leaves that are turning a bright yellow all over. It is real
spindly-looking - doesn't have the healthy green foilage all over it
like my other ones do. All my other ones (planted in close proximity)
are growing by leaps and bounds, but this one seems to have quit
growing as well.

Does any one have any idea what could be causing this, and what I can
do (organically) to take care of this plant so it can produce healthy
tomatoes, before it's too late?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions/help you can provide!
