One of my favorites is HORTICULTURE http:\\www.hortmag.com . This is a
general interest gardening magazine with very little fluff and content
produced by some world renown garden writers. Many of the more tender
plants grown in North America are grown by gardeners on the West
coast. An excellent magazine dedicated to this region is PACIFIC
HORTICULTURE http:\\www.pacifichorticulture.org

is my favorite, and, as Dennis mentioned, Horticulture is a standard
around here (I'm in the Boston area).
