I ordered some Brecks Bulbs back in the late spring. Since then I have
learned that the company went out of business but intended to fill all
orders received prior to the shutdown. I have received no correspondence
from the company but recently discovered a charge to my credit card from
them. I have the charge reference number but have no way of knowing how to
track the order (if there is actually an order that is being shipped). The
transaction occurred on 9/27 so I assume two weeks is ample time for me to
have received a package.

Does anyone know how to contact someone who is left with the company to see
how this order is being filled and when I should expect delivery? The
Brecks website is non-existent today.

Thanks!
David

Contact your credit card company, by phone AND mail, refuting the charge, as
you have not received the goods. That relieves you of the burden of payment
unless Brecks can prove you received them.

If they do show up, a quick phone call to the CC company releases the
payment.

Great news! My bulbs arrived yesterday and everything I ordered was in the
box. The weird thing was Brecks still had all their advertising flyers in
the box, as if they were still in business. Anyone know if they've been
bought out and are making a comeback?

I heard it thorough the grapevine that they have indeed been sold to another
company.
