Speaking to someone about companion planting. I have planted calendula
flowers with my roses and they said it was better to plant garlic with my
roses. But I don't want to have garlic plants with my rose garden as I
think it has a vegetable, but I know there are garlic plants that have a
fantastic flower ball that are related to the garlic plant but are not
edible like Allium Gladiator. Does anyone know if this would work the same
ways as garlic to keep insects away from your roses.
Regards.
