my self in the kitchen which is frequently and I find it quite
soothing each time an djust about every sun burn remody has aloe in it

>from that is a plant or not?
A prickley pare is very good tastes like a sweet green pepper with no
bitterness and the fruit is quite good as well I make a salso that
involves the use of fruit and the green flesh as well good stuff
Some folks call the prickly pear Napolito (sp?) One way to use them is
to remove the thorns, peal the pads, dice and fry like potatoes.
they can also be used is soups. I like to soak mine a bit as they
juice is pretty slippery, kind of like okra.<G>
also, you probably already know about using Aloe Vera juice (the jelly
like substance of the inner leaf) for healing wounds, poison ivey,
fever sores, cracked lips, smoothing skin, and some use it inernally
as in internal cleanse, however i think it is a bit strong for that.
Gives some folks stomach cramps.
Lots of other uses. but this is about all i use.
