Shining Force 2: Need help w/items

Can someone please tell me what the following items do? They are Shining
Ball, Silver Tank, Running Pimento, Healing Water, Mithril, Power Water,
Protect Milk, Cheerful Bread, Quick Chicken, and Bright Honey. Also can
you tell me what items you use to promote sarah to master monk, Jaha to
Baron, and chester to pegasus knight. Also if you've already promoted
chester, sarah, and jaha what level do you need to be on to promote them
to pegasus knight, master monk, and baron. Thanks.

Silver Tank - This promotes an archer (Elric or Janet are the two I
remember) to Brass Gunner (over Sniper).

Running Pimento - I think this increases movement.

Healing Water - A healing item, like Healing Seed.

Mithril - Once you get to the Dwarven Blacksmith, he'll make weapons
out of Mithril for you.

Power Water - Increases attack.

Protect Milk - Increases defense.

Cheerful Bread - Increases HP.

Quick Chicken - Increases speed.

Bright Honey - Increases MP.

To promote Sarah, you need the Vigor Ball. There is one in the elven
forest, in the top left (in a treasure chest) and in the Monk's training
camp, search in a tree. To promote Jaha, you need the Warrior Pride,
which is in the castle in New Granseal. Go into the room with your
friends and look for a shield on the wall. Search in it and get the
Warrior Pride. For Chester, you need the Pegasus Wing. In Pacalon, go to
the King's room and get on the blue carpet. Go to the right side of it
and walk all the way down, then search. If you've already promoted
someone, they can't be promoted again, but you can promote other people
besides them.

All I want is some good food, a place to sleep, and unlimited power... :)
