believe Ms. PSX has any link with corrupt government officials is a bit
far fetched. HK used to be a very corrupted place, but since the 70's,
with the set up of ICAC (an anti-corruption agency), things has changed a
quite a bit. But HK is indeed weak on anti-piracy policy, apart from
periodic raids to the shopping center where most of the pirates resides,
little has been done. So I would think that teh operation of Ms PSX is not
being interrupted mainly because of the weak piracy issue, not his
alleged connections...

They are so far 9 for 9 with people I know personally, in over $1000
worth of cash orders. Slow definitely. But for $1000 USD cash sent
off to the unknown, that's not too bad of a performance considering a
ripoff would be so easy, with no recourse.
