I have Earthlink, and it is an ISP and i hoooked my DC up with it monday
after launch, and it works fin. Call them on tech line and they will talk
you though all the options on DC internet settings.
Make sure that you tell them that you have a DC, and its powered by windows CE

Earthlink works just fine. Make sure you put the ELN/ in front of you user
name. That's an easy one to forget.
