Why did you pre-order online?

Exactly. That's why I humped it over to ToysRUs today to pre-order mine.
Only problem was, I couldn't pre-order a second controller and two VMUs. So
I'm afraid I might have to hope I get lucky on 9.9.99 and be able to pick
those up.

Actually. www.thegamestop.com (Software ETC./Babbages) guarantees delivery
on 9.9.99 and you can preorder the games and accessories also. Also, the
www.sega.com store guarantees delivery on 9.9.99 also.

I preordered online to save $50. I don't NEED the DC on 9/9, but I'd really
like to have it.......I'd rather wait a day and save $50.

Yeah, but delivery people, from my experience, NEVER get to my house
before 1PM... That still would kinda suck. I mean, you can get yours
in the store at midnight or be sitting around 9/9/99 watching the door
all day... I plan on being at the store 11PM on 9/9/99...

Umm... if you order from Sega, EBWorld, Etoys.com or Toys 'R' Us, they
will ship the system to arrive on 9.9.99.
