A new cable television network focused on the video game industry is
looking for a production assistant for its news show. Job
responsibilities will include researching video game industry news,
logging tapes and transcribing interviews, creating and maintaining
research and video tape libraries, and assisting on shoots and edits.
The ideal candidate must live in Los Angeles, is a gamer with
extensive knowledge of who’s who and what’s going on in
the video game industry (and knows where to find info); have prior TV
or video production experience; and possess strong research,
organizational, and communication skills.
