from the teamxbox forums:

-Stock repurchasing program is pretty much 'grinding to a halt', as their
stock was relisted onto the Nasdaq and the share price has risen
considerably

-Cash on hand decreased $2.95 million during Q4

-Snowball.com bought 200,000 shares at $1.03 during Q4 and bought 469,000
shares at $4.69 within fiscal 2001

-Cash flow 'break-even' EBITDA expected by fiscal 2003

-Revenues overall are expected to be up fiscal 2002 comparing to fiscal 2001
although revenues will be down and losses up during Q1 fiscal 2002

IGN Info:

-Snowball.com is diverting ALL of their resources strictly to IGN.com and
it's branches

-IGN'S MAIN MISSION for fiscal 2002: Convert all IGN users to Insider

-IGN Insider will be massively expanded in the near future

-IGN is extremely dependant on advertisement reveune and more countdown
calenders (such as for Lord of the Rings) and pop-ups will be slowly brought
into IGN, *Espically* it's message board section

-**Snowball is planning to increase IGN Insider prices roughly 2 times
through fiscal 2002**

-ALL IGN content will eventually be transferred to IGN Insider

-**Putting IGN Boards under Insider-only program is being greatly considered
at this point**

-Insider Subscriptions and ads are the two main sources of income for IGN,
accounting for roughly 85% of Snowball.com's total income

Extra:

-IGN magazine sold roughly 30,000 copies, although it wasn't a profitable
venture overall (break-even situation)

-There are roughly 550,000 unique board members (according to their
calculations), where roughly 20,000 are Insiders

20,000? that's not a flattering number given the amount of traffic
those boards (used to) generate. i guess most users weren't enticed by
the availability of custom avatar libraries. we'll see now if they are.

Wow, according to many posts in these newsgroup, almost everyone involved
in gaming seems to be gay! The more girls for me, that's cool.

Homosexuals and IGN will always get my undying love and respect. I love to
run my tongue up the shaft of any man I meet, gay or straight! What my
daddy did to me, I do to others!
