Shining the Holy Ark Question

I'm in the East Shrine and I'm very stuck.... so I checked the walkthrough
and it says I need the Crystal Jug.... but I have no idea where the Crystal
Jug is.... any help would be very helpful....

That's the initial walkthrough I checked.... but nowhere, that I see, do
they mention the Crystal Jug..... anyone else know?

IIRC, the Crystal Jug is on the third floor.
The door to the area where the jug can be found is opened for a short
period when you step on a revolving floor plate. You have to strafe sideways
onto this floor plate so you'll be flipped around to face the open door,then
dash forward before the door closes.
