Golden Lampoon Gaming Awards

In the interest of having a few cheap laughs at the expense of the gaming
industry, I proudly announce the Golden Lampoon Gaming Awards. Basically
the idea is to recognize the best console and arcade games of all time,
and to poke fun at the shovelware. Awards can be given in any category, no
matter how absurd ("Ugliest Distressed Damsel" needs nominees!), and new
categories will be added whenever someone has the whim.
So if you know a game that's outstanding in any way, please nominate it!
Just give the category (you can make up your own or use an existing one)
and the game title (and system if necessary). I'll be monitoring this
thread for the next few weeks and will post all nominees to the awards
page on my Web site. You can also E-mail me (thes...@novia.net) or use
the form at (http://www.novia.net/~thespook/awards.html).
Remember, it's the obscure, funny, and nostalgic stuff people will most
want to hear about, so be creative! Here are the nominees thus far to get
